While attending the 2010 National Auctioneer Association Conference and Show in early July I attended a class oriented to instruct a National Auctioneer and specifically designed to focus on Social Media Marketing and how to use this new media to benefit our Online Only Auction customers and better market a Real Estate Auction.
A successful Real Estate Auction largely hinges on good relationships and trust. Social Media is a venue for potential clients to review past Real Estate Auction feedback and also get frequent updates from the National Auctioneer on a current Online Only Auction or Real Estate Auction.
Ms Verna De Jesus, Director of Digital Sales at the Wall Street Journal, instructed the course. She is very familiar with Online Only Auctions and benefits of virtual marketing. An Online Only Auction offers a National Auctioneer the unique opportunity to allow anyone, anywhere, to participate in a Real Estate Auction.
