Thank you for registering for United Country Certified Online auctions. If you are currently participating in the Destin Auction offered online, Internet bidding will close at 9:00 am Saturday, May 1, 2010.
It is suggested you enter your maximum bid online before 9:00 am May 1st. The Maximum Bid amount is not made available or visible to the public. After the online auction closes the Auctioneer will enter a proxy bid on your behalf in small increments until you are outbid and another purchaser succeeds your maximum bid amount.
Anyone who wishes to attend the live auction is welcome and invited. The live auction will occur at Sides Moreno Point West, Club Room 3rd Floor @ Five Calhoun Avenue, Destin, FL 32541
If you have not already provided your Bank Letter of Guarantee it will be required to continue to participate in the auction.
Upon bid closing the highest bidder will be notified and is required to IMMEDIATELY make available the funds required for deposit equivalent to 10% of the contract price; by check, wire transfer, cash or cashier’s check. Winning bidder must also sign the real estate sales contract provided and comply with the terms and conditions of the auction.
