7998 +\- acre land auction with standing room only. Eager bidders filed into the conference hall as soon as the doors opened at 7:30 AM. Registration of land buyers started just after daylight in McMinn County Tennessee. The
land auction had been advertised for 5 weeks prior to the opening of the bids for over 7990 acres of land in four counties in East Tennessee. United Country Real Estate affiliates came together to produce this Land Auction. United Country Hudgins a Tennessee Based Land Auction and Real Estate Firm was the Chief Auctioneer and Broker of record of the sale. Robert Hicks with United Country of Savannah Tennessee served as Broker and Bidder assistance control.
